BIH Housing Association is dedicated to the provision of affordable housing and associated support services. Our key role is to develop and manage rented accommodation for single people, families, the elderly and various models of supported housing for people with special needs. We currently manage and maintain approximately 4000 properties which are located throughout Northern Ireland. BH Property Ltd, our subsidiary company was established to complement activities by providing housing for sale as a source of income to assist in funding the provision of social housing. BIH Housing Association (Ireland) Ltd has been established to further the objective of providing housing for those in need in the Republic of Ireland.
