Claremont Valuation Service continued to provide a professional property valuation service for numerous Housing Associations including BIH, Oaklee, Connswater, Flax and Newington, etc. Another busy year saw unprecedented rises in values of local domestic properties indeed 50%+ increases were not uncommon. Since the year end however a downward correction in values has been observed.

Within CVS there was a notable change in personnel with the belated retirement of Jack Cairns after an illustrious career in the property profession which spanned more than 60 years.
